I got a book from my grandmother. It is about animals. One of my favorite animals in the book is Horseshoe Crabs. One of my favorite sections in the book is World Explorer.
The Horseshoe Crab has 10 feet - two of the feet are used for cracking the shells of the animals on which it feeds.
One of my favorite sections in World Explorer (it is also my dad's favorite) is the Arctic Tundra. Another favorite is Yosemite National Park. On the back of the Yosemite National Park section is a picture of
Yosemite Valley.
This summer we are planning to visit
Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky.

Hi, Zachary!
What a great idea you and your dad have to keep your own blog! I love how you have a game section. My Grandmother told me about a game she played when she was little. She used to fill bottle caps with mud, and use them to flick down the sidewalk by her home. She would draw circles for targets and they would keep track of the points where the "tops" landed. I look forward to showing Jade how to play. They named the game "Tops" and played it because they did not have many store-bought toys when she was little. I will tell Jade about your island game, too! Keep up the great job!
